Transcription:38 Bristol vs Osgood Esq. Bristol a Negro of Andover in the County of Essex Laborer Plaintiff against John Osgood of Andover aforesaid Esquire in a plea of Trespass for that etc (as by the writ of file). This actions was first brought at March Term at Ipswich AD 1772 when & whee the Parties appeared And the Cause was then continued to the then next Term & so from Term to Term to this Time and now the Parties being severally called do not either of them appear but each of them makes default.
