Transcription:Juno of Beverly in the County of Essex (a mulatto Woman) Spinster Plt against David Larkum of Beverly Aforesaid Yeoman in a plea of Trespass for that [?] (as by the Writ on file) This action was first brought at last December Court at Salem when and where the Parties appeared and the said David did then, by Benjamin Kent Esq. his attorney, come & defend [?] and say he was not guilty and as the plaintiff complains against him and thereof put himself on the Country. — The action was then by the Consent of the Parties, continued to last March Term & from thence it was continued to this Term & now the Court being informed that said Larkum is dead Order that the action be dismissed.
