Transcription:Rose a Negro Woman of Andover in the County of Essex singlewoman & spinster Plaintiff against Joseph Osgood of the same Andover, Physician, Defendant in a Plea o Trespass for that etc (as by the Writ on file). The Plaintiff appearth. But the Defendant thos solemnly called doth not appear but maketh Default. It is therefore Considered that the said Rose recover against the said Joseph her Liberty & that the said Rose be no longer held in servitude by the said Joseph.
