Transcription:It is therefore cons’d by the C’t that the said Pomp ought to recover against the said R. his damages sustained by the occasion aforesaid & Upon this the said Pomp by T. P Esq. his Attorney legally authorized for this purpose freely here in Court remited to the said R. all damages & costs whatsoever which should have been adjudged to him in this behalf of all judgments of E[?] for the damages & costs aforesaid. It is therefore cons’d of the said R. of the said damages & costs be acquitted of forever discharged. Form of the judgment to be entered after the words doth not appear but maketh by default.
